One of our favourite things to do at the end of the day when an APP asks how much alcohol was consumed that day is to hit the NONE button. It’s a great feeling, but not as good as the feeling of waking up the next morning without a hangover and anxiety. We also love Insight Timer for its free guided meditations and talks on wellness.
